Mineral Vertex is a knowledge graph.
Each public page is a vertex. The links between those pages are the edges. The site you read, the database the assistant searches, and the map below are the same graph.
What a vertex is
A vertex is one page, stored as a record: its name, its address, a short description, the words on the page, and the topics it shares with other pages. Sell minerals, Haynesville, and Mineral deeds are vertices. So is this page.
The vertex database is that list, published as data. It is not a second website. It is the site, written so a program can look up a page the way a reader would follow a link.
How that meets the AI
The chat on this site does not answer from a blank model. A question is matched against the vertex database, and against a vector database that stores a numeric sketch of each of those same pages. The vector copy can find a page when the question uses different words than the title.
The model then writes from the pages that came back, and it is asked to link them. The graph is the source. The model is the reader. Nothing in that loop is legal, tax, or investment advice, and a recorded instrument still needs local counsel.
