What we collect

If you use the contact form or chat, we receive your name, email, optional phone, county or state, document type, and the message you write. Chat messages go to the site assistant to retrieve these pages; they are not a confidential attorney client file.

How we use it

To contact you about an offer, a buyer match, or a counter on a letter you already have, and to keep a record of the inquiry. Matching you with a mineral buyer means sharing what you sent with that buyer for that purpose. We do not sell mineral-owner mailing lists. We may use subprocessors to deliver email (for example, transactional mail from our host).

Site analytics

A first-party cookie named mineral_vid helps us count visits, pages, and time on this site. It is set by our own server, not by a third-party tracker. The dashboard is not public. You can still use the site if that cookie is blocked.
