What we collect

If you use the offer-review form or email, we receive your name, email, optional phone, county or state, document type, and the message you write. Chat messages go to the site assistant to retrieve these pages; they are not a confidential attorney client file.

How we use it

To answer you, review the offer at your request, and keep a record of the inquiry. We do not sell mineral-owner lists. We may use subprocessors to deliver email (for example, transactional mail from our host).
